Microsoft has launched the sneak peek of SharePoint 2010 here. SharePoint 2010 comes with new looks – smart one, modified design, with new enhance feature, and has the strong capabilities to rapidly fulfill the business need. You can find the related FAQ here .

  • Strong key areas in enterprise deployment
  • Easy way to connect people – business partners, customer even through firewall
  • Smart way to connect any device through SharePoint 2010
  • Integrate with other browser like fire fox, or safari etc – great achievement
  • Cutting cost, combining different technologies into one unified solution portal – SharePoint 2010
  • Better and Fast search has been Integrated- People search, Business data search from LOB Data
  • Office 2007 Ribbon is implemented in 2010
  • Multiple checkin or checkout functionality integrated in 2010
  • Much easier way to edit page – simple and user friendly – much like you work in word or any CMS system – resize image easily new style – yahooo!
  • SilverLight webpart integration – Point silverLight application, it will start working – simple plug and play
