Value does not fall within the expected range error in SharePoint
Another error in SharePoint I have eve face multiple time is Value does not fall within the expected range. I have found Paul Galvin post, however that doesn’t work for me. Still I got the following errors.

Detail error
Trying some permutation and combination way, but no luck. Ultimately I remove the DLL from the GAC. Execute a fresh build and put the new DLL again into GAC. Reset the IIS and close the VS.NET. Open VS.NET again and open the SharePoint site. This time I’m able to debug the code properly and the error has gone. 
Thank you for yet another great post. Exactly where else could any person get that type of info in such a perfect way of writing? I have a presentation next week, and I am on the look for such info.
