Microsoft announces the fourth release of SharePoint Administrative tool in their Blog.

It is free and invaluable to the farm administrator. This can work with both MOSS 2007 and Windows SharePoint Services V3.0. However this is the last version with new features and functionalities available for MOSS 2007 and WSS 3.0. Microsoft plan to release new separate suite for SharePoint 2010.

In this version, the new features like SharePoint Diagnostics Tool improvements, the Permissions Reporting Tool, the Quota Management command, and Security Configuration Wizard Manifests has been included.
